Information: https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/. We do not participate voluntarily in dispute-resolution proceedings before German consumer conciliation bodies. Statutory participation and cooperation duties, in particular towards the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), remain unaffected.
