Data we process

We process the data you provide when placing an order, using a customer account, contacting us, returning goods or making a complaint, in particular identity, contact, delivery, order and payment-status data. When you access the shop, technically necessary server and security data is processed. Necessary cookies support the shopping cart, session, language selection, login and secure order processing.

Purposes and legal bases

Processing is carried out to prepare and perform the purchase contract, provide delivery and payment, communicate with customers and handle statutory claims, comply with statutory retention obligations, and ensure the security and functionality of the shop. Recipients

Data is received only by parties that need it for the relevant purpose, in particular shipping providers, technical shop and hosting providers, payment providers and legally authorized bodies.
